Dr. Raoufi's commitment to her dental career and her patients' well-being is expressed in her interests for others. Dr. Brian Daub, D.D.S
Personal Philosophy:
Dr. Daub has always practiced dentistry understanding the length of time in practice is secondary when measuring a professional career. Progressive growth with a diversity of clinical and academic experiences is the true measures for professional development. While it is true one can have 20 years of clinical experience, it can also be said that without diversity those years can be repetitive and the professional development equates to 1-year, 20-times over; literally the same experiences, year after year, time and time again. Dr. Daub is one who has embraced change and challenge, his professional resume is a partial list of those professional experiences. It has been his great fortune to experience nearly constant opportunities and diversity throughout most of his professional career.
On the personal side, Dr. Daub is quite the adventurist. He enjoys almost everything that has to do with the great outdoors, such as hunting, fishing, golf, exercise, jogging, biking, and desert adventures. However, long talks with his best friends are measurably the key to his greatest interests and overall happiness. Dr. Daub has a wealth of knowledge that he loves to share with people, which makes him an amazing conversationalist.
Credentials:
Graduating from the University of Illinois, School of Dentistry, in 1975 Dr. Daub's career in dentistry has been diverse and rewarding. The first 20 years of his professional career were spent in Minnesota; during that time, he earned fellowship recognition from the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics, consulted for a west coast dental manufacturer, and trained dentists throughout the U.S. in practice management concepts and bio-medical clinical techniques.
Later he relocated to Pennsylvania where his practice had a focus on dental cosmetics and advanced dental technology. While there, Dr. Daub also practiced veterinary dentistry, acted as a contributing author for a well recognized quarterly dental journal, participated in dental research, and was privileged to be a New York spokesperson for Arm and Hammer toothpaste. Dr. Daub has been featured on Fox, ABC, NBC, and CBS TV, and honored with newspaper articles on the topic of dental public health issues.

Dr. Sarina K. Mercado, D.D.S.
Personal Philosophy:
Dr. Mercado's philosophy can best be summarized in one word... excellence. As an Endodontist, root canal specialist, Dr. Mercado is confidently focused on her clinical technique with attention to detail; while at the same time being quietly aware of her patients' every need and concern. Dr. Mercado takes the time to insure her patients have a comfortable and pleasant experience; in Dr. Mercado's own words, "technique without compassion is not acceptable." Away from the office, Dr. Mercado enjoys her two mini dachshunds, trying new restaurants, time with her friends and family; yet she manages to reserve enough time to delve into an extension class and satisfy that under-current of academics curiosity for personal development.

Joshua Mondlick, D.D.S.
Personal Philosophy:
Being a periodontist, my philosophy is to listen carefully to each
patient to identify their personal dental and overall health goals. I
take a personal interest in each and every patient. Diseases and
conditions in the body have implications in the mouth, while the
health status of the mouth has implications on the rest of the body.
My approach is not only to look at the entire mouth, but also to
integrate the larger picture of overall health, presence of disease,
and inflammation.
I want to promote good health by working in
collaboration with your general dentist and even your physician (when
necessary). This collaboration will result in better, longer lasting
health. I deliver comprehensive treatment of the entire mouth even
if that treatment is focused on a single tooth or multiple teeth.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you work towards your goals
for your mouth, appearance and general health.
Credentials:
Growing up in Upstate New York, Dr. Mondlick attended
Union College in Schenectady, New York and the State University of New
York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He then furthered his
education with an additional year of training in hospital, community,
and special needs dentistry as well as trauma at the Illinois Masonic
Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Mondlick then relocated to
Phoenix, Arizona to practice general dentistry for three years in
South Phoenix. He was selected to enroll in the prestigious Veterans
Affairs Hospital / New York University combined program in
periodontics in New York City. The program was a three-year,
full-time residency with over 6000 hours focusing on periodontics and
implant dentistry.
Dr. Mondlick's training in New York City was
focused on both small and large multi-discipline treatment plans,
staged serial extraction cases (transitioning patients from all teeth
to all implants), soft (gum) and hard (bone) tissue corrective
procedures, sinus grafting, control of periodontal disease and its
effects, as well as dealing with severely medically compromised
patients. Dr. Mondlick is affiliated with multiple professional
organizations locally, nationally, and internationally including: the
American Dental Association, Alpha Omega, the Arizona Dental Association,
the Arizona Society of Periodontists, and the American Academy of
Periodontology.

Assistant Professor at the Midwestern School of Dental Medicine, in
Glendale, AZ, and volunteers at the Central Arizona Shelter Service's
